Key Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and label incoming records for storage.
- Enter data into records management or inventory tracking systems.
- Move and store record boxes safely. Use ladders or lifting equipment when needed.
- Retrieve and deliver requested records to internal or external users when needed.
- Keep the storage area clean, organized, and secure.
- Help with regular audits and inventory checks.
- Prepare old records for secure destruction based on retention schedules.
- Follow proper handling and confidentiality procedures for sensitive or classified records.
- Follow warehouse safety and security rules.
