ABOUT IAM101

IAM101 is building a working farm in the South Burnett/Toowoomba Region. The farm helps young men aged 15–20 develop practical life skills, work ethic, and personal foundations to transition successfully into adulthood.

The farm is currently under construction, with programs launching in 2027. We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Farm Hand to support the manual work that keeps the property moving as we build towards our February 2027 launch.

This is a purpose-driven organisation in a building phase. We are seeking someone who is reliable, hands-on, and able to provide consistent support on-site.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a casual position with full-time hours. The initial expectation is 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, with agreed start and finish times.

You will work directly with David South, founder of IAM101, and the wider team. You will support site preparation and manual work across the property.

The role includes site grounds maintenance, civil works support, landscaping, fencing, and general infrastructure work.

This is an on-site, hands-on role based at the farm.
