The Role
We are seeking a Casual Housekeeper/All Rounder at our Albert Park Lake location.
Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our apartments are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest apartments and common areas.
- Assist in preparing apartments for incoming guests, including laundry and restocking supplies.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services.
- Ensure high standards of service and presentation are maintained throughout the property.
- Report maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Complete simple daily reports related to housekeeping tasks.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Experience in a housekeeping or custodial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Physical ability to handle manual lifting and moving of heavy items.
