Laundry Attendant Job Responsibilities

As a Laundry Attendant, you will support the hotel’s laundry department by ensuring all hotel linens and guest garments meet Four Seasons’ high-quality standards.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Sorting used linens for washing
• Separating stained or damaged linens
• Loading and unloading washing machines and dryers
• Feeding washed linens into ironing equipment
• Folding, stacking, and storing clean linens
• Sorting towels, robes, rugs, and washcloths
• Operating laundry folding equipment
• Reporting equipment issues to supervisors
• Pressing and dry cleaning guest clothing according to specific requests
• Maintaining cleanliness within the laundry department
• Working professionally with supervisors and fellow team members

Job Requirements

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Previous experience in laundry, housekeeping, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory
• Basic understanding of laundry equipment and garment care
• Knowledge of stain removal and fabric handling
• Ability to safely operate washing, drying, ironing, and pressing equipment
