Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks as directed by Production Supervisors or Managers
• Conduct Aluminium MIG and Flux Core welding operations
• Read and interpret welding procedures and technical drawings
• Further Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good condition
• Follow safety policies and workplace procedures
• Participate in training and skill development programs
• Further Support team productivity and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure quality standards are met for all welding work

Requirements

• Trade qualification in welding or related field
• Further Experience with Aluminium MIG and Flux Core welding
• Ability to understand and follow weld procedures
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Further Strong reliability and time management
• Australian citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain defence security clearance
