Welder Jobs in Qatar. V2X is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Welder to join its operations in Doha, Qatar. This full-time role involves performing a wide range of welding and metal fabrication tasks in support of mission-critical facilities and infrastructure, offering an opportunity to work in a disciplined, high-standard environment.

Responsibilities
Moreover Perform welding using electric, acetylene, and inert gas shielded welding processes
Conduct pre-heating, brazing, tack welding, flame cutting, pressure welding, and heat treating
Interpret blueprints and building plans to fabricate, maintain, and repair metal structures
Lay out angles, arcs, and circles for structural creation and repairs
Install and adjust lines and ductwork supporting HVAC/R systems
Moreover Perform welding in flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions on light and heavy structures
Conduct precision welding on jigs, dies, and engineering equipment
Follow all V2X, OSHA, and USAF safety policies and procedures
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
Properly utilize and safeguard government- and contractor-provided tools and equipment
Accurately complete time reporting and documentation
Moreover Participate in required training programs, including safety and CBRN defense training
Perform additional duties as assigned to meet contractual and mission requirements
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Journeyman certification, state license, or equivalent recognized trade qualification
Moreover Documented military or civilian journeyman-level welding experience (preferred)
Current, valid U.S. Passport and U.S. Driver’s License (manual transmission)
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. SECRET Security Clearance
Ability to pass employment, deployment, medical, dental, psychological, drug, and background screenings
Moreover Ability to obtain Air Force flight line driver’s license and access badge upon deployment
Willingness to complete hands-on CBRN defense training, including protective gear fit testing
Skills
Proficiency in multiple welding processes and techniques

Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
