This role involves performing advanced welding, fabrication, and metal repair work to support critical infrastructure and mission requirements. Responsibilities
Perform welding using electric, acetylene, and inert gas shielded welding processes
Further Carry out pre-heating, brazing, tack welding, flame cutting, pressure welding, and heat treating
Lay out and fabricate angles, arcs, and circles for construction or repair of metal structures
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and building plans to maintain and repair structures
Install and adjust ductwork and piping to support HVAC/R systems
Execute flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead welds on light and heavy metal structures
Further Perform precision welding on jigs, dies, and engineering equipment
Follow all V2X, OSHA, and USAF safety standards and procedures
Maintain clean, safe, and professional work areas
Properly utilize and safeguard all company and government-issued tools and equipment
Further Accurately complete time reporting and documentation
Participate in required training programs, including safety and CBRN training
Perform other duties as assigned in support of contractual and mission requirements
Requirements
Further High school diploma or equivalent
Journeyman certification or recognized trade qualification, state license, ICC certification, or documented military journeyman-level experience
Moreover Valid U.S. Passport and Driver’s License (manual transmission required)
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. SECRET Security Clearance
Moreover Ability to obtain an Air Force flight line driver’s license and access badge upon deployment
Further Successful completion of employment and deployment requirements, including medical, dental, psychological, drug testing, and background checks
Willingness to complete hands-on CBRN defense training, including protective gear fit testing
Ability to work in demanding environments while maintaining safety and quality standards

Advanced welding and metal fabrication skills
