Responsibilities

• Weld steel, aluminum, and stainless-steel materials using SMAW, GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG), and FCAW processes.

• Proficiently perform 3G, 4G plate, and 6G pipe welding.

• Moreover Fabricate and repair metal components according to technical drawings and specifications.

• Analyze blueprints, charts, and welding procedure specifications (WPS).

• Moreover Ensure quality standards and adherence to safety procedures.

• Operate welding and related equipment such as grinders, cutting torches, hoists, slings, and forklifts.

• Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of welding experience.

• Moreover Current Welder Certification and ability to pass ABS 6G pipe SMAW certification.

• Experience working under tight deadlines with strong organizational skills.

• Moreover Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, work at heights, and in confined spaces.

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements.

• Commitment to safety and compliance with all company protocols.

Skills

• Expertise in SMAW, GTAW/TIG, GMAW/MIG, and FCAW welding processes.

• Moreover Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Physical dexterity, strength, and stamina.

Physical Demands

• Bending, stooping, squatting, climbing ladders, and navigating uneven surfaces.
