Job Description
As the Warehouse Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, maximising profitability, and improving efficiency through the Warehouse Team. You will also support operational efficiency and outcomes by ensuring policies and procedures are followed and compliance is maintained.
Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Ensuring effective record and invoice management.
- Managing order fulfilment, including delivery and click and collect, in line with procedures. This includes product pick and pack, dispatch, order fulfilment enquiries, and same-day delivery to customers where designated to drive.
- Contributing to the Warehouse Team’s achievement of set performance requirements (KPIs) by using operational exception reports to identify and resolve outstanding tasks.
- Continuously improving skills and product knowledge through available online platforms and active participation in other development opportunities.
- Contributing to maximising opportunities to recycle waste and reduce environmental impact.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- A strong customer-focused mindset.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A desire to learn.
- Previous retail operations experience.
