About the Role:

moreover ANZCO Foods Manavati have an opportunity for a Trainee Supervisor to join the business.moreover  This is an opportunity to take that next step in your career and be trained on the job. moreover In this role you will work in with the processing supervisory team to ensure operating efficiencies are maximized and maintained within the department.moreover  The role will require you to be flexible in learning and working across a range of processes around the plant.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • moreover Maximize yield recovery on all classes of stock
  • Ensure operating efficiencies within the department are maximized
  • moreover Where applicable ensure effective packing of product to minimize claims
  •  Health and Safety and Injury Management is effectively managed
  • moreover Responsibility for pre- and post-operative hygiene checks and results and ensure that QC programmed are maintained
  • moreover  that Company Specifications  met at all times
  • Ensure that MPI requirements  adhered to without exception
  • moreover Coordinate and direct employees in the department as required
  • Constantly monitor project yields
  • Ensure all production materials and labor  utilized in a cost-effective manner
  • Complete employee timesheet records for payroll purposes
  • Regularly report on matters  felt improvements  made
  • Liaise with Engineering department concerning maintenance
  • Liaise with MPI and Assure Quality & MPI as required
  • Complete daily reporting at the completion of each shift

About You:

This role will suit someone with 2-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with a desire to lead and management people. Problem solving skills and an interest in continuous improvement will be beneficial to the successful Candidate.
