Who we are:

  • moreover We are on a journey to zero waste (food & packaging) in our whole operation, and currently the only caterer in Australia to have achieved a Crop certification.

Main responsibilities:

  • Supporting our Head Chef with the kitchen operation, including tasks such as managing the prep schedule, supervising kitchen staff, assisting with orders.
  • Prepping delicious food at our main kitchen in St Peters;
  • Going to client’s venues to lead food service (cocktail parties, weddings, company events, etc) alongside our kitchen team;
  • Setting up beautiful grazing tables and buffets with our styling equipment;
  • Be able to drive our Van (manual gear) to deliver the food experiences;
  • Help us keep the kitchen clean and tidy, conforming to Health and Safety standards;

  • A passion or eagerness to join our sustainability journey – this shapes everything we do and it is essential.
  • Flexibility – some months are busier than others, but we compensate for every extra hour you work with us, either via payment or days off.
  • Eager to learn from our talented chefs, and willing to help us improve and grow our business.
  • We’re looking for at least 5 years experience in commercial kitchens, and ability to perform the responsibilities listed above.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
