Trusted Packers & Movers is looking for a meticulous and efficient Storekeeper to join our team in Dubai. Moreover In this role, you will be responsible for managing our stockroom operations, ensuring the accurate handling and organization of all inventory. Job Description:
- Moreover Check and respond to emails, addressing PMI and supplier queries promptly.
- Moreover Update and monitor chiller temperatures to ensure proper storage conditions.
- Moreover Place orders for general items, food, and beverages.
- Moreover Maintain cleanliness and organization in the beverage, wine, and general store areas.
- Moreover Review and approve requisitions (REQs) from all outlets, ensuring labels are placed on all issued spirits and wines with the correct issue date.
- Moreover Receive, unload, and shelve supplies; sign delivery invoices and follow up on pending orders.
- Moreover Issue approved REQs for evening outlets and post them to their respective outlets.
- Moreover Conduct daily cross-checks on inventory after issuing items to ensure accuracy.
- Moreover Perform regular cleaning in all store areas to maintain hygiene standards.
- Moreover Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
- Moreover Perform other stock-related duties, including handling returns, credit note follow-ups, and frequent physical stock checks to avoid loss.
- Moreover Conduct month-end inventory for beverage, general, and tobacco stores, including generating stock turnover reports.
- Moreover Calculate FOC (Free of Cost) for beverage deals and track short-expiry products.
- Moreover Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) to ensure proper inventory rotation.
- Moreover Cross-check all posted requisitions and store POS entries for accuracy.
- Moreover Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in high temperatures.
- Strong knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management practices.
- Familiarity with standard stockroom or warehouse concepts and best practices.
- Analytical skills with the ability to make accurate mathematical computations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data entry, analysis, and management.
- Keen attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Ability to safely and legally operate a forklift.
- Proficient in operating common office equipment.
- Previous work experience in a hotel setting is essential.
