Responsibilities
Moreover Develop detailed construction plans and manage on-site project execution
Conduct site investigations, analyse data, and oversee technical reviews and inspections
Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
Manage scheduling, planning, surveying, and procurement activities
Ensure full compliance with QHSE standards and regulatory requirements
Moreover Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and manage budgets and cost control
Support stakeholder engagement and maintain strong working relationships
Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff
Contribute positively to company culture and team success
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Moreover Minimum 5+ years’ experience in New Zealand, Australia, or the UK in a Site or Project Engineer role
Proven experience delivering large and complex civil construction projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, or similar software
Strong understanding of site layout, utility design, grading, and regulatory compliance
Sound commercial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting
Moreover Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and Inspection Test Plans
Experience with surveying, permits, and project delivery processes
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment
