Total Restoration Services is a locally owned and operated full-service restoration company which provides emergency response 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. moreover We are seeking new employees to join our team and contribute to its current growth and expansion.

Ability to work on an “on call” on an afterhours rotation

Must have valid drivers license – class 5and reliable transportation

Ability to safely lift and carry 50lbs

Duties and Responsibilities:

Final cleans – residential and commercial. Maintaining good housekeeping habits during the projects, and in the warehouse.
Site preparation and protection
Maintain inventory of material used on job sites
moreover Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project.
Updates all parties involved relative to work progress.
Work at the direction of the job-site team lead
Work within an On Call rotation schedule for after-hours emergencies (typically 1 week every 4 weeks)
moreover Facilitate prompt and quality service
Detail orientated
Work in a team or individually
Able to lift heavy items with assistance
Work overtime when required
moreover Submit photographs for loading onto on-line filing system

Other duties as assigned

Your experience/certifications of the following will increase your negotiable starting wage:

Construction/Restoration/ Cleaning experience
IICRC certifications or other relatable tickets/certifications

Computer and phone apps skills and understanding.
