Project Engineer Jobs in Taiwan. DARACON Engineering Pty Ltd is seeking a highly capable and experienced Project Engineer to join our team on a major infrastructure project in New South Wales. This full-time, project-based role (approximately 18 months) is ideal for a motivated engineering professional with strong civil and structural construction experience, particularly in bridges, rail, and complex infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver project works from planning through to completion

  • Oversee civil construction activities with a focus on structures, services, rail, structural steel, and precast elements

  • Develop, manage, and track project programs and schedules

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, cost planning, and cost control

  • Moreover Engage, coordinate, and manage subcontractors and suppliers

  • Ensure project quality management systems are implemented and maintained

  • Monitor site progress and resolve technical and construction challenges

  • Lead and support project teams to ensure safe, timely, and successful delivery

  • Moreover Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in civil or infrastructure construction

  • Proven hard dollar contract experience

  • Experience or exposure to complex bridge projects

  • Strong background in civil construction, particularly structural steel and precast works

  • Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and suppliers

  • Moreover Experience with project quality management systems

  • Strong capability in cost planning, budgeting, and cost control

  • Moreover Ability to develop and manage construction programs

  • Proven leadership experience within project teams
