Project Engineer Jobs in Taiwan. DARACON Engineering Pty Ltd is seeking a highly capable and experienced Project Engineer to join our team on a major infrastructure project in New South Wales. This full-time, project-based role (approximately 18 months) is ideal for a motivated engineering professional with strong civil and structural construction experience, particularly in bridges, rail, and complex infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver project works from planning through to completion
Oversee civil construction activities with a focus on structures, services, rail, structural steel, and precast elements
Develop, manage, and track project programs and schedules
Prepare and manage project budgets, cost planning, and cost control
Moreover Engage, coordinate, and manage subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure project quality management systems are implemented and maintained
Monitor site progress and resolve technical and construction challenges
Lead and support project teams to ensure safe, timely, and successful delivery
Moreover Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards
Requirements
Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in civil or infrastructure construction
Proven hard dollar contract experience
Experience or exposure to complex bridge projects
Strong background in civil construction, particularly structural steel and precast works
Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and suppliers
Moreover Experience with project quality management systems
Strong capability in cost planning, budgeting, and cost control
Moreover Ability to develop and manage construction programs
Proven leadership experience within project teams
