ORDER PULLER 1ST SHIFT jobs in Luxembourg

Pull boxed product from warehouse to fulfill customer orders. Moreover  Must have the ability to accurately count and review customer orders for accuracy. Must be able to operate powered equipment such as: Forklift, or Electric Pallet Jack.

Essential Functions

• Read orders.
• Moreover  Operate electric pallet jack, manual pallet jack and forklift
• Moreover  Identify correct location/item by number and physical description
• Moreover  Palletize order to prepare for shipment
• Steady work environment requiring attention to detail
• Basic reading and math required
• Must have ability to work individually as well as in a team
• Required to do basic housekeeping/sanitation duties during slow times
• Assist in the training or new employees

Competencies

• Moreover  Must have the ability to accurately read, count, and match numbers
• Must be able to operate powered equipment in a safe manner
• Moreover  able to stay on task and self motivated
• Must apply food safety and employee safety guidelines in all performance measures

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does not have any supervisory responsibility.

Work Environment

performing  duties  frequently exposed  poweredforklifts and pallet jacks. The work environment climate controlled.

The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. To employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally life and /or move up to 50 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Full time hour schedule is subject to change with or without notice. Mandatory or voluntary overtime may be required to meet business needs.

Travel

Light travel may be necessary for this position

Education, Skills, and Experience

• Must have a minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent desired but not required
• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is helpful
• 3-5 years previous experience operating Forklift and/or pallet jack is ideal
• Ability  powered equipment safely required
