Key Responsibilities
Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using dishwashers or manual methods
Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, including countertops, floors, and equipment
Moreover Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing areas and kitchen facilities
Assist in proper storage and rotation of food, kitchen utensils, and equipment
Remove trash and waste and ensure proper disposal
Receive and store food deliveries, checking for quality and freshness
Moreover Follow food safety, hygiene, and chemical handling regulations
Report maintenance or repair issues promptly
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including dishwashers, pot-scrubbing stations, and trash compactors
Support any kitchen position requiring assistance
Moreover Return clean china, glass, and silver to proper storage while minimizing breakage
Sweep, mop, and clean all designated areas
Requirements
Moreover Prior experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
