This full-time role is critical to maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant industrial environment within our Bean Preparation and CRUSH Division facilities. Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of all assigned areas within the CRUSH Division and Bean Preparation building
Moreover Clean site grounds and major processing areas as directed by plant leadership
Monitor work areas to ensure they remain clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
Comply with all company policies, safety standards, and government regulations
Moreover Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures
Assist production and prep personnel with special projects and additional manpower needs
Support seasonal ground maintenance, including snow removal and summer groundskeeping
Operate equipment such as skid steers as required
Moreover Perform duties in confined spaces and at elevated heights when necessary
Participate in team meetings, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Moreover Minimum 4 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Ability to comply with OSHA and other regulatory safety requirements
Willingness to work in a 24/7 safety-sensitive plant environment
Ability to lift, push, or carry materials weighing 50 pounds or more
Moreover Ability to climb stairs and ladders and work at heights and in confined spaces
Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Technical degree
Experience operating industrial equipment
Skills
Industrial housekeeping and sanitation
