Key Responsibilities

• Collect room keys and daily work assignments; prepare trolleys and supplies for efficient operations.

• Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards, replenishing room amenities as required.

• Moreover Clean and restock bathrooms while adhering to hygiene, safety, and hotel standards.

• Organize and tidy guest belongings carefully and respectfully during cleaning.

• Coordinate with Valet Service for laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing requests.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in guest corridors, service pantries, and housekeeping areas.

• Moreover Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to the Engineering Department.

• Ensure a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with guests in rooms or public areas.

• Follow all environmental, health, and safety procedures in line with company policies.

Job Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment is an advantage.

• Moreover High attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and quality service.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

• Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting.
