Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest and department requests

• Moreover Stock and transport housekeeping carts to assigned areas

• Enter guest rooms following proper access procedures and confirm vacancy

• Replace guest amenities and supplies, clean bathrooms, and refresh linens

• Make beds and fold terry cloth items

• Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items

• Moreover Check that all room appliances are present and functioning

• Dust, polish, and clean walls, furnishings, and floors

• Moreover Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties in guest rooms and hallways

• Adhere to company safety and security policies and report hazards or maintenance issues

• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality

• Assist guests with courtesy and professionalism

• Moreover Perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 pounds (with assistance over 25 pounds)

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• No formal education or prior work experience required

• Moreover Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

• Moreover Physically capable of performing cleaning duties including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

• Willingness to adhere to safety and company standards
