Qualifications
- Previous experience as a heavy equipment operator, with experience in Wheel Loaders, Excavators, Grinders, or Shredders.
- Valid driver’s license.
- At Least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States
- A strong commitment to working safely and stewarding resources responsibly.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and address equipment issues promptly.
- Able to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Physically able to climb in and out of machinery.
- Physically able to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 25 lbs repeatedly all day long. Able to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally.
