Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and respond to guest inquiries.

• Moreover Process reservations submitted online and in-person.

• Conduct guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest complaints with tact and professionalism.

• Moreover Multitask efficiently and prioritize duties to maintain smooth front desk operations.

Requirements

• Proficient with computers and basic office equipment.

• Strong reading, writing, and math skills.
