Key Responsibilities
Provide warm, professional, and efficient service to guests from check-in to check-out.
Greet guests by name and offer a personalized welcome, escorting them to their rooms when necessary.
Assist guests with inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, and special events.
Maintain accurate guest records and process reservations using the hotel’s front office system.
Further Handle guest accounts, including incidental charges, according to cashiering standards.
Ensure privacy and confidentiality of all guest information.
Coordinate with other departments to meet guest requests promptly and efficiently.
Stay up to date with hotel policies, procedures, promotions, and room availability.
Maintain the highest standards of environmental, health, and safety compliance.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar front office or customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Further Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Proficient in front office systems and reservation platforms (training can be provided).
Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible with working hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts.
Professional appearance and behavior at all times.
