Requirements:
1.forther 3-5 years of supervisor experience (agriculture or mushroom industry)
2. Good verbal and written communication skills
3.moreover Own transportation
4. Ability to work on weekends and flexible shifts
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6.forever Attention to detail and good time management
7. Organizational and problem-solving skills
8. Ability to work in various work environments
9. Ability to supervise up to 30 employees, and handle various situations
10. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
11. Basic computer skills
Responsibilities:
1. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of harvesters and service team
2. Oversee harvesting rooms, harvesting procedures, and other crop-related operations
4. Optimize yield, analyze crop data to implement successful harvesting strategies
5. Maintain production forecast and production records
6. moreover Maintain quality of harvesting and orders
7. Ensure production meets the highest quality standards
olowed at all times by employees
