Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily farm activities including planting, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting
Further Operate, inspect, and maintain farm machinery, power tools, and hand tools
Oversee irrigation systems, ensuring proper water distribution and resolving operational issues
Perform routine maintenance on farm equipment and infrastructure to minimize downtime
Further Lead, train, and supervise farm staff while enforcing safety and operational best practices
Monitor crop health and growth; implement pest and disease management strategies as needed
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and environmental standards
Operate heavy equipment safely and perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting
Further Maintain accurate records for crop production, equipment maintenance, and resource usage
Requirements
Proven experience in horticulture, agriculture, or farm management
Further Strong mechanical knowledge and experience using power tools and farm machinery
Hands-on experience with irrigation systems and farm infrastructure maintenance
Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and farm safety procedures
Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements, planning, and scheduling
Further Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
