Full Job Description
- Supervise farm workers, assign tasks, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily farm operations, including planting, harvesting, and also livestock care.
- Maintain and ensure proper functioning of farm equipment.
- Keep accurate records of farm activities, labor, crops, livestock, and equipment.
- Assist in crop/livestock health management (feeding, watering, monitoring).
- Collaborate with the Farm Manager on operational plans.
- Manage worker performance, provide training and feedback.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Participate in farm improvements and upgrades as directed by the Farm Manager.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in farm management.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Knowledge of farm operations and also equipment maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and also follow manager’s instructions.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in also all weather conditions.
