Requirements of Factory Workers
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior manufacturing experience a plus, but strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and adhere to safety protocols.
- Physically fit to perform essential duties, including lifting up to 40 lbs and working in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Salary
- Competitive starting salary of $19 per hour (subject to change based on location and experience).
