Responsibilities of Factory Workers
- Assemble Nintendo products with meticulous attention to detail, adhering to rigorous quality control standards. (95% emphasis on precision and quality control)
- Operate and maintain assembly line equipment efficiently, following established procedures and safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates to achieve production goals on schedule.
- Identify and troubleshoot potential production issues, proactively seeking solutions to maintain quality.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of Nintendo’s manufacturing processes.
Requirements of Factory Workers
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior manufacturing experience a plus, but a strong passion for Nintendo games and a dedication to quality are essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to achieving the highest quality standards.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and adhere to safety regulations.
- Physically fit to perform essential duties, including lifting up to 25 lbs and working in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Salary
- Competitive starting salary of $18 per hour (subject to change based on location and experience).
