Responsibilities of Factory Workers

• Assemble Nintendo products with meticulous attention to detail, adhering to rigorous quality control standards. (95% emphasis on precision and quality control)
• Operate and maintain assembly line equipment efficiently, following established procedures and safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with teammates to achieve production goals on schedule.
• Identify and troubleshoot potential production issues, proactively seeking solutions to maintain quality.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of Nintendo’s manufacturing processes.

Requirements of Factory Workers

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior manufacturing experience a plus, but a strong passion for Nintendo games and a dedication to quality are essential.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to achieving the highest quality standards.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and adhere to safety regulations.
• Physically fit to perform essential duties, including lifting up to 25 lbs and working in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Salary
