Key Responsibilities

As a Factory Worker, you will be involved in daily production processes that ensure product quality and timely delivery. Your duties will include:

• First and foremost, operating and maintaining production machinery under supervision

• Additionally, inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

• Moreover, packing, labeling, and preparing goods for shipment

• Furthermore, maintaining cleanliness in work areas and following safety protocols

• In case of any issues, reporting equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Education: No formal qualifications required; however, NCEA Level 1 is advantageous

• Experience: Previous work in a factory or warehouse environment is helpful but not mandatory

• Language: Basic English required for communication and safety purposes

• Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods

  • Capable of lifting up to 20 kg

  • Willingness to work shifts and in a fast-paced environment

• In addition, reliability, attention to detail, and a positive work ethic are essential

Salary & Benefits
