Key Responsibilities
As a Factory Worker, you will perform essential tasks that contribute to daily production goals. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Firstly, operating and monitoring machines used for manufacturing and packaging

Secondly, assembling products and inspecting them for quality and accuracy

In addition, preparing materials for shipment and organizing items within the warehouse

Furthermore, cleaning and maintaining equipment to meet safety standards

Moreover, reporting machinery malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors immediately

Lastly, following all workplace safety protocols and production schedules consistently
Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

Education: No formal education required; however, a high school diploma is preferred

Experience: Previous experience in factory, warehouse, or manufacturing settings is helpful, though training is provided

Language: Basic English communication skills required (CLB 3+); French is an asset in Quebec
-
Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs)

Additionally, candidates should be punctual, hardworking, and able to follow instructions effectively
