Key Responsibilities

As a Factory Worker, you will perform essential tasks that contribute to daily production goals. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Firstly, operating and monitoring machines used for manufacturing and packaging

  • Secondly, assembling products and inspecting them for quality and accuracy

  • In addition, preparing materials for shipment and organizing items within the warehouse

  • Furthermore, cleaning and maintaining equipment to meet safety standards

To be eligible for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Education: No formal education required; however, a high school diploma is preferred

  • Experience: Previous experience in factory, warehouse, or manufacturing settings is helpful, though training is provided

  • Language: Basic English communication skills required (CLB 3+); French is an asset in Quebec

  • Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs)

  • Additionally, candidates should be punctual, hardworking, and able to follow instructions effectively
