As a Factory Worker at EGA, you will play a vital role in their production process, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of their smelters and plants. Responsibilities of Factory Worker:

Operate and monitor factory equipment, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Assist in the production process, following procedures and maintaining high quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Report any malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
Participate in safety briefings and adhere to all safety regulations.
May be required to work shifts, including nights and weekends.

Requirements of Factory Worker:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a factory setting is preferred.
Ability to understand and follow instructions.
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
Good physical condition, as the job requires lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Fluency in Arabic or English is a plus.
