Dubai Aluminium (DUBAL) is seeking highly motivated individuals Factory Worker to join their team as Aluminum Production Workers. In this role, you will play a vital role in the production of aluminum, a key metal used in various industries.
Job Responsibilities of Factory Worker:
- Operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring it functions smoothly and efficiently.
- Assist in the casting, handling, and transportation of aluminum ingots.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
- Collect and record production data for quality control purposes.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals.
Requirements of Factory Worker:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Good physical health and stamina to perform physical tasks.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Salary:
The starting salary for this position is AED 3,500 per month (subject to experience and qualifications).
