Moreover Preparing production plan as per requirements .
Moreover oversees all operations of the food production plant, ensuring work processes are simplified, costs are reduced, and production processes run efficiently.
Moreover Moreover Liaising with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
Monitor production to resolve issues.
Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
Determine number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
Ensure output meets quality standards.
Enforce health and safety precautions.
Moreover Responsible for allocating labor resources, tracking production schedules and cost adjustments to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
