Responsibilities:

moreover We are looking for a Messenger/Operations Assistant to join our in-house facilities management team in Abu Dhabi.

Driving

moreover Awareness of traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions
moreover Deliver and collect documents, in a timely manner
moreover the vehicle is maintained in terms of servicing, safety, cleanliness and hygiene (interior and exterior) and reporting ssues
moreover Driving passengers (including VIPs) as instructed
Planning journeys ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip and adjusting en-route, using navigation apps when necessary

Operations

moreover Undertaking/assisting with MEP inspections and associated minor maintenance
Implementing and recording PPM
Assisting with in-house reprographics services and ad hoc administrative duties, as required

Qualifications:

Qualifications

Industrial training institute diploma in MEP
Clean UAE driving license with more than two years’ driving experience in the UAE
