Responsibilities:

– Clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment ensuring they meet sanitation requirements
– Support kitchen staff by maintaining cleanliness in food preparation areas
– Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
– Collaborate with the banquet, catering, and restaurant teams to ensure smooth kitchen operations
– Handle food items with care and follow proper food handling procedures
– Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required
– Knowledge of hospitality industry standards
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Understanding of basic cooking principles is a plus
– Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
– Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
– Team player with excellent communication skills
