Delivery Driver Jobs in New Zealand Full Job Description
- Safely operate delivery vehicles (vans and trucks) to transport goods
- Moreover Load and also unload products, ensuring they are transported securely and safely.
- Deliver goods according to customer orders in also timely manner
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Provide outstanding customer service by interacting professionally with clients
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe and efficient delivery
- Report any vehicle maintenance also issues promptly
- Moreover Assist with other warehouse duties when not on delivery runs
- Fill vehicles with fuel and report on any maintenance requirement
- Perform daily checks – oils, coolant, WOF etc.
- Moreover Wash and clean trucks or also other vehicles when required
- Help warehouse team if needed
The Candidate:
- A full Class 2 drivers licence, must be able to drive manual
- Have clear communication and also customer service skills
- Moreover Knowledge of Tauranga and its surrounding areas is a plus
- Reasonably good literacy and numeracy skills
- Be confident, reliable, flexible and also have attention to detail
- Clean driving and criminal records
- Moreover Have prior NZ experience and knowledge of basic food ingredients.
- Be physically strong and fit; should be able to lift up to 20 kgs.
- Moreover Possess good organizational and time management skills.
