Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Driver, your key duties will include:

• Moreover Delivering and also  installing whiteware and large home appliances in customer homes

• Assessing the best way to safely move and install products

• Unpacking new items and removing old appliances and packaging as required

• Moreover Providing exceptional service and also  communication as the final touchpoint in the customer journey

• Operating safely and responsibly while driving and handling equipment

• Ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on time

• Adhering to health and safety procedures to protect yourself, the team, and the customers

• Moreover Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and presentation of your vehicle and tools

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A full, clean New Zealand Driver’s Licence

• Moreover The physical fitness and strength required to lift and install large appliances

• Availability to work Friday to Tuesday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

• Moreover Legal right to work in New Zealand

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background and driving check

Preferred Skills

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is confident in engaging with customers in a respectful and friendly manner

• Moreover Understands the importance of creating a seamless customer experience

• Can follow processes and company policies precisely

• Moreover Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving, and good time management

• Has experience in delivery or installation roles (preferred but not essential — full training provided)
