Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and vacuuming carpets.
- Sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies (soap, paper towels), and dispose of waste responsibly.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces using approved chemicals and equipment.
- Report maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures) to supervisors promptly.
- Follow safety guidelines for handling cleaning agents and operating equipment (e.g., floor buffers).
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently during shifts.
- Assist with deep-cleaning projects during facility closures or seasonal periods.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1+ year in cleaning roles (preferred but not mandatory; training provided).
- Language: Basic Japanese (JLPT N4 or JFT-Basic certification required for non-native speakers).
- Skills:
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 kg.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Visa: Must hold valid residency status or eligibility for a work visa (e.g., Specified Skilled Worker visa).
