Key Responsibilities

1. Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and vacuuming carpets.
2. Sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies (soap, paper towels), and dispose of waste responsibly.
3. Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces using approved chemicals and equipment.
4. Report maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures) to supervisors promptly.
5. Follow safety guidelines for handling cleaning agents and operating equipment (e.g., floor buffers).
6. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently during shifts.
7. Assist with deep-cleaning projects during facility closures or seasonal periods.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1+ year in cleaning roles (preferred but not mandatory; training provided).
• Language: Basic Japanese (JLPT N4 or JFT-Basic certification required for non-native speakers).
• Skills:
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 kg.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
• Visa: Must hold valid residency status or eligibility for a work visa (e.g., Specified Skilled Worker visa).
