JOB DESCRIPTION

The Commercial Cleaner Employee is a vital part of our team, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of both the interior and exterior restaurant spaces. This role requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining a welcoming environment for our customers and team members. Working independently, you will help create a positive experience by upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and order in line with McDonald’s values.

Essential Requirements:

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
• Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing
• Flexibility to work variable hours, typically between 12am and 8am

• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously
• Highly organized, with the ability to meet strict timelines
• Well-presented and friendly
• Availability to work Late nights/early mornings to prepare the restaurant for trade
• Highly physical job role – ability to mop, scrub, climb ladders, clean windows and toilets.
• Police Check required if successful.
• Full working rights in Australia required.
