Civil Engineer Jobs in Dubai. SERVTECH TECHNICAL SERVICES L.L.C is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to manage and supervise civil and structural works for G+3 residential and commercial projects in Sharjah. This full-time role requires strong site execution skills, coordination with authorities, and the ability to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with UAE regulations and standards.

Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil and structural works for G+3 projects
Moreover Translate IFC drawings into method statements, ITPs, and short-term look-ahead schedules
Coordinate shop drawings, rebar BBS, MEP/ELV interfaces, and authority requirements (Sharjah Municipality, SCD, SEWA)
Supervise earthworks, foundations, concrete frames, masonry, waterproofing, façades, finishes, and external works
Verify setting-out, conduct pre- and post-pour inspections, and enforce ITP hold/witness points
Moreover Ensure use of approved materials and close NCRs with corrective actions
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, as-built drawings, and test registers
Implement HSE plans, JHAs, lift plans, and temporary works approvals
Plan works considering heat, humidity, dust, and traffic constraints
Moreover Track quantities, support variations and subcontractor payments, and monitor productivity
Lead coordination meetings with subcontractors and internal teams
Interface with consultants and clients to secure approvals and resolve technical issues
Requirements
Moreover Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
5–8+ years of UAE site experience, including G+3 projects (Sharjah experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of Sharjah Municipality procedures, SCD, SEWA, FIDIC, and UAE HSE rules
Moreover Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic planning tools (MS Project or Primavera)
Familiarity with BIM/CDE platforms such as Aconex or Procore is an advantage
Valid UAE driving license preferred
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
