Responsibilities

  • Deliver engineering designs, calculations, technical specifications, and comprehensive reports

  • Moreover Lead and manage design teams to uphold technical, quality, and delivery standards

  • Plan and execute tasks across concept, preliminary, and detailed design phases

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams locally and nationally to achieve project goals

  • Moreover Communicate effectively with project managers, design managers, and clients to provide updates and prepare proposals

  • Review designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements

  • Mentor junior engineers and support the development of the civil engineering discipline group

  • Assist in bid and tender submission preparations


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification

  • Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) accreditation preferred

  • Experience in engineering consulting environments, particularly in civil infrastructure projects

  • Proven experience in Defence, Building Civil, and Transport sectors is essential

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of relevant standards and civil design guidelines

  • Commitment and ability to obtain chartership within an agreed timeframe

  • Practical understanding and dedication to Health and Safety protocols

  • Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain Defence security clearance
