Responsibilities
Deliver engineering designs, calculations, technical specifications, and comprehensive reports
Moreover Lead and manage design teams to uphold technical, quality, and delivery standards
Plan and execute tasks across concept, preliminary, and detailed design phases
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams locally and nationally to achieve project goals
Moreover Communicate effectively with project managers, design managers, and clients to provide updates and prepare proposals
Review designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements
Mentor junior engineers and support the development of the civil engineering discipline group
Assist in bid and tender submission preparations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) accreditation preferred
Experience in engineering consulting environments, particularly in civil infrastructure projects
Proven experience in Defence, Building Civil, and Transport sectors is essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of relevant standards and civil design guidelines
Commitment and ability to obtain chartership within an agreed timeframe
Practical understanding and dedication to Health and Safety protocols
Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain Defence security clearance
