Key Responsibilities
Moreover Monitor patients’ physical and mental conditions, including intake, output, and exercise
Assist patients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Support patients in mobility and self-care using assistive devices (e.g., cane, walker)
Moreover Educate patients on proper use of adaptive tools and personal care techniques
Guide family members on safe patient handling, repositioning, nutrition, and cleanliness
Maintain accurate patient records and update journals regularly
Moreover Report any changes or unusual conditions to the nursing supervisor promptly
Ensure a safe, clean, and secure environment by following asepsis and safety standards
Requirements
TESDA NC II Certification as a Caregiver (required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) Training Certificate (required)
Moreover Minimum 2–3 years of caregiving experience
Experience caring for patients with acute and chronic conditions
Willingness to work on a shifting schedule
Moreover Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
