Key Responsibilities
Provide professional, culturally appropriate in-home care to seniors
Support seniors to live independently while ensuring their safety and wellbeing
Deliver personalized care plans tailored to each client’s needs
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:
Personal hygiene (washing, showering, bed baths)
Moreover Toileting and incontinence care
Dressing and personal grooming
Mobility support and transferring
Feeding assistance
Perform simple daily nursing-related tasks when required
Moreover Monitor vital signs and administer oral medication as instructed
Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Escort seniors to medical appointments and social activities
Moreover Perform light housekeeping and general home support duties
Assist with grocery shopping and light meal preparation
Support simple maintenance exercises and recreational activities
Facilitate mind-stimulating and social activities
Moreover Maintain clear, accurate, and legible care documentation and records
Requirements
Certification in professional caregiving, healthcare assistance, or related fields
(Training and on-the-job training will be provided for candidates without certification)Prior hands-on experience in senior care is an advantage
Moreover Fluent in spoken and written English (ability to speak dialects or native languages is a plus)
Ability to work independently and responsibly
Moreover Willingness to work in full-time, part-time, or freelance arrangements
Comfortable using basic computer tools such as Microsoft Word
