Full Job Description

The Ultimate Care Group  a privately owned Specialist Residential Aged Care Services Provider. We also offer rest home, hospital, and dementia care to the elderly in 19 residential facilities throughout New Zealand.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Providing and maintaining safe environment for residents
  • Individualized quality care to the residents and assist them to achieve the optimum level of well-being
  • Assist in the provision of also high level of care meeting the standards
  • Demonstrate customer service and attention to detail
  • Ensure all equipment  used in accordance with relevant guidelines
  • Ensure daily work schedule  completed
  • Communicate with other team members effectively
  • Perform additional necessary duties as also directed

Skills and Experience

  • 1-2 years previous experience as a caregiver, preferable in also rest home care, hospital level care, dementia Care
  • Proven team member experience
  • Proven verbal and written communication and also interpersonal skills, with ability to prioritise and organise effectively
  • Previous experience in the Aged Care industry preferred
