Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care and assistance to senior residents

• Administer medications safely and accurately as per care plans

• Moreover Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Prepare and serve meals according to residents’ dietary needs

• Moreover Perform light housekeeping and maintain cleanliness of living areas

• Monitor residents’ health and report any changes to supervisors

• Moreover Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and emotional well-being

• Follow all care home policies and health & safety guidelines

Requirements

• Moreover Completion of a Personal Care Worker / Personal Support Worker course

• Standard First Aid and CPR Certification (Required)

• Medication Administration Module (Required)

• Valid Criminal Record Check

• Moreover Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Support Worker (preferred)

• Ability to work in person at the care home
