Position Overview:
Moreover We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Caregivers and Assistant Nurses who are experienced in PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy) feeding and tracheostomy care to join our team. Moreover The ideal candidates will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to our clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Moreover Provide personalized care and assistance to clients according to their individual needs and care plans.
- Moreover Perform PEG feeding and ensure proper administration of prescribed medications and nutrition.
- Moreover Perform tracheostomy care, including suctioning, cleaning, and maintaining the airway.
- Moreover Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.
- Moreover Assist with activities of daily living, mobility support, and personal hygiene as needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
- Moreover Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any observations or incidents.
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the care team to ensure the highest level of care for clients.
Qualifications:
- Moreover Previous experience in caregiving or nursing assistance with expertise in PEG feeding and tracheostomy care is preferred.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or equivalent certification/license required.
