Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, cleaners, and housemen
- Ensure guest rooms, corridors, and public areas meet hotel cleanliness and presentation standards
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards
- Further Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; reorder as necessary
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff for high performance and professional growth
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with front desk, maintenance, and other departments for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel policies
- Further Prepare and maintain reports on room status, inventory, and staff performance
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in a luxury hotel or hospitality Further environment
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation products, and equipment
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Further Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
