Responsibilities
- Greet guests and respond to their inquiries in a professional manner
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, including changing bed linens and making beds
- Replace used towels and replenish bathroom amenities such as soap and shampoo
- Sweep, mop floors, and dust or polish furniture
- Empty trash containers and maintain cleanliness in assigned areas
- Clean public spaces such as hallways and corridors
- Report maintenance issues or technical problems to the appropriate department
- Update room status on assignment sheets accurately
- Moreover Maintain and restock housekeeping carts at the end of each shift
Requirements
- Moreover High school diploma or graduate of HRM (Hospitality Management) or equivalent
- NCII in Housekeeping is an advantage
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of the English language
- Moreover Must be able to start immediately
