Responsibilities
- Clean vacant residential units including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, and appliances
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, stairwells, lobbies, and entrances
- Sanitize shared spaces, mechanical rooms, and amenity areas
- Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper waste disposal
- Replenish cleaning supplies and report inventory needs
- Follow health and safety procedures when handling cleaning products
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the Maintenance Team
- Assist with cleaning during special events or emergency situations
- Maintain secure handling of keys and access to tenant units
- Provide professional and respectful interactions with tenants and staff
- Complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently and on schedule
Requirements
- Moreover Valid Class 5 Manitoba Driver’s License (required)
- Clear criminal record
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience (preferred)
- Moreover Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible work ethic
