Responsibilities

• Perform civil engineering design, analysis, and preparation of calculations, drawings, and specifications
• Develop site designs including grading, earthwork, and stormwater drainage systems
• Conduct stormwater detention and drainage analysis using industry tools
• Prepare and modify civil site designs for industrial facilities
• Support project planning including scopes, budgets, and schedules
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop design documents and construction plans
• Apply engineering standards, codes, and best practices in all design work
• Moreover Evaluate and apply engineering techniques with minimal supervision
• Prepare material take-offs and cost estimates for project feasibility
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and building codes

Requirements

• Moreover Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
• Minimum 10 years of experience in site civil engineering
• Moreover Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification and progress toward Professional Engineer (PE) licensure
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Experience in grading, earthwork design, and stormwater drainage analysis
• Knowledge of environmental permitting (NPDES, wetlands, Phase 1 ESA, etc.)
• Moreover Experience with site layout, roadway design, and ADA compliance
• Familiarity with surveying concepts and coordinate systems
• Understanding of geotechnical principles and site preparation
• Ability to work onsite and manage multiple project tasks effectively
